My philosophy is that there is something in yoga for every body. Some people turn to yoga to seek a sense of connection, some want to sweat and build strength. Still others want to learn to meditate, or work towards an advanced pose.

 

Maybe you are an avid cyclist/runner/athlete looking to bring a complementary movement practice to your sport. Maybe your doctor or loved one has been encouraging you to try yoga for years. Maybe you want to take your practice  to the next level and work towards an advanced pose. Or perhaps you just want to feel strong and confident playing with your grandkids.
