


When I was seeking a way to describe my offerings, I deliberated intently. Eventually I came to the name OM: The Practice, because just like the diverse meanings and stories surrounding the sacred symbol OM, there are myriad ways to practice yoga and countless ways it can impact your life. My purpose is to help you find your OM. That means crafting a yoga practice to suit the needs of your mind and body.
My name is Britt, and I've been teaching yoga since 2018. Since my initial 200 hour YTT with an emphasis on the Vinyasa style, I have continued developing my skillset and experience by taking specialized trainings in Yin, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga. I have taught soldiers, police officers, mothers, fathers, complete beginners and experienced yogis, groups and individuals. I love getting to share some of the many facets of the body of practices known as yoga, and helping people find moments of connection, strength and bliss. I hope you'll join me.

When I am invited to share in a client's Practice, I recognize it for the privilege that it is. When you invest in private instruction you are investing in your wellbeing. With the variety of offerings that I can incorporate into your Practice, you can meet your body and mind where its at each day.
